‘Peepli Live’ actor Seetaram Panchal passes away

Peepli Live’ actor Seetaram Panchal passes away. About six months ago , actor Seetaram Panchal, who appeared in Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2 , died on Thursday morning. He was 54 years old and has been suffering from kidney and lung cancer for the past four years.

During this time his weight was reduced to 30 kg. One of his relatives told that he took the last breath in the hospital around 7:45 am this morning.

Sitaram Panchal was in bed for the past several months. They had been diagnosed about cancer three years ago. Since then, he was undergoing treatment, but till then, he had no money left for treatment.
Sitaram was having difficulties in taking care of the treatment due to his miserable financial condition. Therefore, he also sought help from people through social networking site Facebook. Sitaram wrote a post on his Facebook wall at around 11.50 pm on July 17, in which he made a plea for help while telling people about his poor condition. However, this post was later deleted from Facebook.

He wrote on his account, “Please help me guys, I am suffering from cancer, your brother, brother Sitaram Panchal”. Actor Irfan Khan, Sanjay Mishra and director Tigmanshu Dhuliya also helped him. Anusha Rizvi, co-director of the movie ‘Peepli Live’, shared the bank details of Sitaram Panchal on her Facebook account and asked people to help her.

Sitaram was from Haryana’s Jind district. The Haryana government also helped Rs 5 lakh for their treatment. Tell me, Sitaram has been a part of many Bollywood films, but on the last day of his life, he spent a lot of hardships. Sitaram Panchal started his career with the film ‘Bandit Queen’ in the year 1994. Sitaram Panchal made his mark in Bollywood by working in films like ‘Pan Singh Tomar’, ‘Peepli Live’, ‘Jolly LLB 2’, ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, ‘Bandit Queen’.
