Under this, ice cream can be kept in a mild room temperature for up to three hours. Researchers run hair dryer on it for five minutes to test the ice cream and it remained in its shape.
Scientists have created this ice cream by mixing with polyphenol fluid derived from strawberries. This unique ice cream is available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry Flavors.
